Thursday, the Reflection Group and Action for a New Haiti (GRAHN World) proceeded with the delivery of his 2013 Award of Excellence, at Karibe Convention Center.

GRAHN World established in 2011 an Awards Program aimed at recognizing excellence and to present an example of individuals or organizations that embody nationwide the following six principles : social justice and citizen participation, the right and access to basic services, continuity of positive actions, alignment with the domestic country as an expression of national solidarity, emergency compatible with the long-term and sustainable development.

In its approach, the GRAHN seeks to strengthen the country, a culture of excellence in all spheres of activities, by emphasizing on the collective success and concern for the common good. It is therefore a quest for social progress by enhancing and stimulation of individuals who embody the taste for work well done, perseverance to seek a better world, the transcendence and sense of ethics.

This program of Award of Excellence also aims to pay tribute to the thousands of anonymous from all over the country, working in the shadows to improve the lives and maintain hope in their immediate environment and beyond.

As part of the 2nd edition of the program, the International Jury of Selection 2013 identified 16 individuals and organizations of exception.
