In a note the Directorate General of Electricity of Haiti (EDH) informs its customers in particular and the population in general, that as part of the continuation of the rehabilitation work on the power plant of Péligre, hours of power will be reduced in the metropolitan area this Sunday, December 15, 2013, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and Monday, December 16 and Tuesday, December 17 in the morning.

This cut is programmed to facilitate the complete isolation works of group P3 of Péligre for its full rehabilitation.

"The EDH understands that this is a major inconvenience for its customers and reassures it that all measures will be taken to restore service and not exceed the deadline set and relies on the patience and understanding of the population."
