The Consular Section of the American Embassy in Haiti will be closed to the public for routine services at 12:00 p.m. on Monday March 3rd, and all day Tuesday March 4th and Wednesday March 5th, 2014 following an announcement by the Haitian Government that those days will be public holidays.

The Consular Section will reopen for business on Thursday, March 6th, 2014.

No immigrant visa appointments are scheduled for March 3 – 5, 2014. All non-immigrant visa applicants whose interview appointments were scheduled for either March 5 or March 7 should appear at the Consular Section on Thursday, March 6th at the same hour.
