Recall that Me Gérald Norgaisse, had served as Acting to the prosecution (acting Government Commissioner) after the departure of Me Elco Saint-Armand, then he was replaced 30 October 2012 by Me Lucmane Délille, who became the 8th Government Commissioner at the court of first instance.
