Haiti - Politic : Reshuffle, fewer women ministers, more women Secretaries of State

In the new Government of opening of the Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-10855-haiti-flash-important-ministerial-reshuffle.html , the number of ministers remains unchanged (23), 43% (10) are the new ministers. In total, 30% (7) of the ministers are women against 45% before the reshuffle. 4 former ministers leave the government. The number of secretaries increased from 10 to 20. 9 Secretaries maintain their position and Réginald Delva is promoted Minister of the Interior. On a total of 20 secretaries of state, 15% (3) are women, against 10% (1) before the reshuffle.
