The Department states that all persons concerned [27.920 teachers and directors in the primary and secondary public sector] will receive with his check for April, a clear notification, identified with his name and Identification Number Fiscal (NIF) indicating him precisely the amount expected in the next check.

This of course conditional on the ratification by the Senate of the Finance Act which includes significant financial reserves (over 800 million gourdes) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-10992-haiti-education-threat-of-indefinite-strike-the-ministry-of-education-gives-details.html allowing to honor the commitment made.

By this gesture, the Ministry hopes that the strike will be lifted, as promised by the platform of teachers' unions and the resumption of classes while waiting for the Senate vote.
