Tuesday, Michel Présumé, Secretary of State for Planning, accompanied by Robert Labrousse, Secretary of State for External Cooperation, has proceeded with the installation of the new Director General of the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE) Mr. Giovanny Dorélien.

Mr. Dorélien, who worked for two years at MPCE as Executive Vice President, takes over from, Mr. Yves Robert Jean who spent 13 years in that position in the Ministry.

In his remarks for the occasion, the new Director General Dorélien, solicited the cooperation of all employees of the institution in order to lead all the reforms needed in the MPCE.
