Haiti - Tourism : Increase of the number of cruise passengers in Haiti

After having welcomed in 2013, 643,634 cruise passengers on the North Coast an increase of 5.5% over 2012, according to data from the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO), Haiti reported growth of 6.3% in the first half of 2014 (January-June) with 368.942 cruise passengers arrived in Haiti via the port of Labadee of the Royal Caribbean against 347,064 passengers in 2012 for the same period, according to statistics from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries (MTIC), analyzed by the CTO.
