The poor success rate in general, of the baccalaureate of the 2014 extraordinary session, where in Rhéto the success rate is 24.80% and 18.41% in Philo https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-12046-haiti-education-complete-results-of-bac-extraordinary-session-2013-2014.html and more particularly the incredibly low results in the West department, where only 2.50% of students would have succeeded in Philo, sparked not only frustration, misunderstanding and sometimes anger among both candidates, parents, teachers and school heads, but also doubts about the credibility of these results...

In response, the Executive Bureau of the National Union of Normaliens of Haiti (UNNOH) in a letter asked the Minister of National Education and Vocational Training, to investigate and shed light on these anomalous results.
