One hundred prisoners of the Police Station (Commissariat) of Petit-Goâve has not received any food since Wednesday, October 1, 2014, the food reserve for the prisoners, being totally exhausted...

Alerted by this dramatic situation, a delegation of substitutes government commissioner went Sunday, October 5, 2014 at the Police Station of Petit-Goâve to inquire and note the situation.

One of the substitutes has granted emergency financial assistance to purchase immediately, food to feed the inmates exhausted, after 5 days without eating.

A report will be sent to the National Penitentiary Administration (APENA) of Port-au-Prince about this unacceptable and deplorable situation.
