Friday, Wilson Laleau, Minister of Commerce and Industry (MCI), proceeded to the hotel 'Sous Le Manguier', in the department of Southeast, to the installation of the Support Service to Enterprise (SAE). This is the 9th department to be now equipped with a SAE to strengthen the technical skills of entrepreneurs, support them in the process of legalizing their businesses and research of funding, contribute to the development of clusters for a specific industry.

Adonis Noé, the Mayor of the city of Jacmel stressed that the SAE will be a breath of fresh air for a sector of entrepreneurship sick, adding that this "service is essential and strategic for the department. The mayor of Jacmel is open to forge with SAE of Southeast good collaboration to help entrepreneurs of department."

The Departmental Delegate of Southeast, Pierre Michel Lafontant has welcomed the installation of this project in the department "With this initiative, the Ministry of Trade and Industry is currently building a work mistress in economic change of country [...] this support is essential for entrepreneurs to make validly profitable choice," stressing that the SAE will promote the emergence of new entrepreneurs and boost the sector of entrepreneurship in the Southeast.

Recall that the SAE is a new structure of the MCI, established within the Development Centre of Enterprise and Entrepreneurship, whose mission is to bring all the services of the Ministry designed to businesses at the level of 10 departments. SAE supports entrepreneurs particularly in : the process of legalizing of their business, eeking financing, identification of production chains, preparation and development of business plans on priority sectors, the development of clusters for specific sector and the development and marketing of their produce. SAE are each composed of a team of five executives: an economist, an agronomist, anengineer-industrial, a lawyer and an accountant, completed by an administrative assistant and a driver.
