Haiti - NOTICE : Getting the Quebec Selection Certificate

Notice to people affected by the lifting of the suspension of removals to Haiti announced by the Canadian government on December 1, 2014 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-12636-haiti-canada-temporary-suspension-of-removals-lifted-for-haiti.html

" If this situation pertains to you, you will have six months, as of December 1, 2014, to submit an application for permanent residence based on humanitarian grounds to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).

The Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion has established a procedure with Citizenship and Immigration Canada so that your integration process will be taken into account in the processing of your application.

With your submission to the CIC, you must include the form Demande d’examen du parcours d’intégration en vue de l’obtention du Certificat de sélection du Québec (Request to review the integration process in order to obtain a Certificat de sélection du Québec 'Quebec Selection Certificate').

This form is important in order to highlight your efforts to integrate into Québec society, for instance, the steps you have taken to find a job, the training sessions you have attended and the jobs you have held. The review of your integration process also takes into account your children’s school integration and your participation in community life."

The forms will be online soon.
