The citizen Renold Telfort, Director General of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP);

The citizen Marie Elise Brisson Gelin, Director General of the Ministry for the Status and Rights of Women;

The citizen Jacqueline Patricia Chantale Raymond, Director General of the National Office of Civil Aviation (OFNAC)

The citizen Edouard Valme, Director General of the Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad;

The citizen Hérold Israël, Director General of the National Radio of Haiti and the National Television (RTNH)

The citizen Eustache Saint-Lot, Director General of Bureau of Monetization of Development Aid Programs (BMPAP) ;

The citizen Julio Joseph, Director General of Metropolitan Solid Waste Collection Service (SMCRS) ;

Citizen Calvin Cadet, Director General of the Ministry of Communication;
