On the occasion of the Celebration of the Francophonie at the Faculty of Languages and International Studies at the National University of Hanoi, Jean Lesly Benoit, the Ambassador of Haiti in Vietnam and President of the Group of Embassies, Delegations and Institutions Francophones (GADIF), in his speech for the occasion, highlighted the importance of the Francophonie and culture in youth training. Stressing that in its cultural dynamics, the Embassy of Haiti in Vietnam strives to be open to all genres and artistic and cultural aesthetic, far beyond just "fine arts".

A second concert of Jean-Jean Roosevelt, jointly organized by the Embassy of Haiti in Vietnam and OIF, is scheduled for March 22 in Ho Chi Minh City, to the National Conservatory of Music.

Through this initiative, the Embassy of Haiti in Vietnam wishes to promote the development of artistic and cultural practices between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Republic of Haiti while creating a cultural vitality representing a major attraction for the lovers of the art.
