We will therefore train Haitian teachers, ensure that more missions can be accomplished by French teachers, by French trainers. We will deploy as much as necessary by volunteering but also by expertise, everything for your schools, your high schools, your universities can be accompanied by France. That is our duty, that is how we speak of history and put it at the service of the future.

We will ensure to introduce all the new technologies in your establishments. A particularly innovative program with a digital university, will be proposed to Haiti, installed in Haiti so that you can access all the knowledge, all forms of knowledge, all the training, all the teachings. Everything will be put at the disposal.

We also want you to have a vocational training of quality, so, in all key sectors of the development of your country, water, environmental, new energy, tourism, culture, we will ensure that your training centers, France can be present.

I also decided to build a new French Institute in the field of the Manoir des Lauriers, in association with the French authorities in the Caribbean, to spread the language, the French language and Creole language of Haiti, because you are also a large French-speaking country, because your writers are recognized around the world [...]

We will ensure that the Lycée Alexandre Dumas [...] becomes a professional training center of excellence.
