At the official invitation of the Venezuelan Electoral National Council (Consejo Nacional Electoral - CNE), a delegation of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) has left the country to Caracas (Venezuela), to attend primary elections of groupings of political parties of the Venezuelan opposition, held this Sunday, May 17, 2015.

The delegation that will stay in Caracas until May 19, is composed of the President Pierre-Louis Opont, his Head of Cabinet, Jean Claude Henry, of Vice-President, Pierre Manigat Jr., of reasurer Ricardo Augustine and Adviser Yolette Mengual.
