Petit Jacques Onécifort, spokesperson of the police regional of Southeast, announced at a press conference Wednesday, Oct. 13, the arrest of Pierre Jean Baptiste an inmate escaped from the National Penitentiary on January 12, and actively wanted by the Haitian National Police (PNH).

According to Jacques Petit, police put the collar of the # bandit, on Monday 11, October, in the section of the mountain (montagne), commune of Jacmel, with lots of information provided by the population of the area.

The Spokesman of the PNH of South-East once again sought an open collaboration of population to put the gangsters out of harm's way. The latter calls the population to be vigilant and report any unfamiliar faces in their area at different police department.
