BCEC verdicts of Petit-Goâve

The Communal Electoral Office of Litigation of Petit-Goâve has published the verdicts of candidates contested to the territorial and municipal elections.

The candidacy of Sony Dicette as Deputy Mayor under the banner of the Fanmi Lavalas (contested by the citizen Pierre Gary for an allegation in a cocaine affair) and taht of Jean Gisson to the position of CASEC or the third communal section of Petit-Goâve (contested by Alain Jean Baptiste for absence of discharge) are maintained for failing to appear of one of the challengers and insufficient evidence. Note that it has been demonstrated that Jean Gisson had never been accountant nor authorizing officer of public money.

For cons, the BEC rejected the candidacy of citizen Esperinis Eluid Batistin, due to an absence of certificate of discharge justified.
