Saturday, the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) and the Organising Committee of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia proceeded to draw of teams for the playoffs of the competition. In the CONCACAF zone, which is the third phase of these playoffs, the Haitian National Team will face on September 4 and 8, 2015 the formation of Granada, in a rematch in Haiti at Sylvio Cator stadium.

In case of qualification Grenadiers will play in Group B at the 4th phase against the winner of the match Jamaica vs Nicaragua.

Phase 4 of the zone is played with the composition of the following groups :

3-Curacao vs. El Salvador

4-Canada vs. Belize

Group B :

1-Costa Rica

2-Panama

3-Granada vs. Haiti

4-Jamaica vs. Nicaragua

Group C :

1-United States

3-St. Vincent & the Grenadines vs. Aruba

4-Antigua & Barbuda vs. Guatemala
