After the tour carried out last week in the Artibonite, North and Northeast, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) is touring the Southeast, Nippes, South and Grande-Anse departments (Wednesday 29 and Thursday, July 30, 2015).

This tour aims to popularize the Productive Development Support Program of the private sector, developed by the micro-industrial park and the Entrepreneurial Development Centre for Enterprise (CEED).

Recall that to support the private sector development, MCI has designed a set of tools to strengthen the business and start the process of transformation of small producers in entrepreneurs. These support tools will help them, among other things, to develop their business plans in order to better equip them to address the financial institutions access to financing.

During these two days, lectures are organized for producers, grassroots organizations and entrepreneurs on the making available of support tools (technical and financial). Also on the program of training for the Support Service for Enterprise (SAE), which will be evidenced to meet the needs of entrepreneurs whose entrepreneurial training is lacking.

The Ministry intends, through this process, inform entrepreneurs, micro-producers, grassroots associations of the ten departments of the country in particular and the public in general, on the availability of these support tools, such as: the accelerator of 'Enterprise (AE), industrial micro-park (MPI), the Support Programme for the Modernisation of Enterprises (PAME), the Support Programme micro Enterprises (AESP), the Support Service for Enterprise (SAE) .

This initiative aims to more interested entrepreneurs and to resulting in significantly increasing the number of beneficiaries to the various programs developed by the Ministry.

The strategy of MCI wants to promote conditions of maturation and development of projects, stimulate and structure of sectors of specific activities, stimulate the creation and enterprise development in the country and revitalize local industries.
