As part of the preparation for the qualifiers for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia, following the cancellation of Guatemala's participation in the 2nd friendly match against Haiti, it's confirmed our National selection will face, as a replacement, the Brazilian Olympic team on October 12, 2015 at the stadium "Arena da Amazonia" at 7h00 pm (local time) in Manaus, the state capital of the state of the Amazon (North West of Brazil).

Note that the Grenadiers will play the first friendly match on October 9 against El Salvador in Houston (Texas, USA) and should travel to Brazil the next day.

Recall that Marc Collat, the national coach, had already announced the 18 players for the two matches of October serving as preparation for the qualifiers for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia, that the Grenadiers will compete from November 13, 2015 to September 6, 2016, against Costa Rica, Panama and Jamaica.
