The Ministry of Communication informs those interested that the Chilean Embassy in Haiti, through its International Cooperation Agency for Development (AGCID), started its master's scholarship program for the academic year 2016.

Registration will end Thursday, November 5, 2015.

Applications, each accompanied by an electronic medium will be forwarded to the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation before the deadline for submission of applications, December 15, 2015.

Under this program, the Ministry of Communications will designate the first 3 candidates who fully meet all the conditions required by the AGCID.

In order to facilitate the registration process, the following documentation is available :

• Convocation for the year 2016 ;

• List of Accredited Masters Programs by the National Council of Accreditation (Annex 1) ;

• Preliminary format of Conventions and Agreement of Acceptance of the Scholarship between AGCI and Scholar (Annex 2) ;

• Focal Points (Annex 3) ;

• The Postulation Form (Annex 4) ;

• The legal declaration that must subscribe the postulant (Annex 5) ;

• The Recommendation of health declaration and pre-existing conditions (Annex 6).
