RNDDH denounces irregularities, massive fraud and ballot stuffing

Monday, Pierre Espérance, Executive Director National Network for the Defence of Human Rights (RNDDH), recognizing that the elections of 25 October were better organized than that of August 9, denounced cases of irregularities, fraud and massive ballot stuffing during the day on Sunday, accusing representatives of having voted several times.

Monday, hundreds of supporters of Moïse Jean Charles, candidate for president under the banner of the platform "Pitit Desalin" took the streets of Cap-Haitien, to denounce irregularities in Sunday's poll. Participation around 30% according to the OAS
