All parties would be concerned by irregularities... :

On Monday, at a press conference, Jovenel Moïse presidential candidate under the banner PHTK stated, "Yes, there are irregularities, but there have been irregularities for everyone. For PHTK and all other political parties participating in the elections," adding "the electoral law is clear on the different ways that you can cancel or set aside a minute."

BCEN : beginning of the hearings of challenges in legislative

Monday began the hearings in the National Electoral Office of Litigation (BCEN) for candidates in the last elections. Two rooms have been set up on the occasion. The first consists of : Yolette Mengual, Lourdes Edith Joseph, Wildy Pierre Charles, Pierre Jugnace and Drice Frantz. The second is composed of : Vijonet Demero, Marie Carmelle Paul Austin, Durin Duret Junior, Marc-Rhéal Cadet, and Rousse Célestin.
