Emmanuel Ménard announced "the taxpayer who will have pay contributions [to ONA] for 20 years, is eligible for a pension from the age of 55 years."

Regarding the 10% mortgage loan of the ONA, he said the ONA was merely performing its mission in accordance with the law specifying and had no intention to compete with the banks. "Stating that it is necessary to have 5 years of contribution, to access a mortgage of ONA.

About the loan "Crédit 50" repayable over 50 months at 0.5% interest fixed by the regulations of the service "Crédit 50". He also informed that journalists and media workers can benefit from the "Crédit 50" as long as their employer regularly pays its contributions to ONA [12%, including 6% paid from the salary of the employee].

Finally, Emmanuel Ménard announced a new service planned for January 2016 "GabelONA" which is a tontine of ONA, which provides a rebate of half month of contribution on all payments deposited during 12 consecutive months.
