Rosny Desroche, the official spokesman of the Independent Electoral Commission of Evaluation confirmed that the members of the Commission went Sunday at the Tabulation Center of Votes (CTV) to agree with the leaders of CTV, includin with the experts in statistics and computer science on this evaluation work which will continue until Tuesday, December 29.

He said he was satisfied with the cooperation of the leaders of CTV and specified that "The work of the Commission is limited to the first round of the presidential primarily," stressing that for lack of time, it will not be possible to check 13,725 minutes stating "We will collect and analyze a random sample of minutes [...] We have a team of statisticians and computer scientists trained at Planning Technical Center and of Applied Economics (CTPEA) and to the Faculty of Sciences, which will help us establish a random sample of 15% of minutes [...] This sample will be determined by an algorithm to carry a scientific judgment on the quality of the process."

Rosny Desroches assured that if cases of massive fraud and irregularities were detected, the Commission will says it in its final report, announcing that the Commission will do everything to meet the deadline of 30 December 2015.
