Friday, following the victory of the Grenadiers against Trinidad & Tobago [1-0] https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-16273-haiti-flash-the-grenadiers-qualified-for-the-copa-america-centenario.html at Rommel Fernandez Stadium in Panama City, and their qualification for the special Copa America Centenario, the Minister Jimmy Albert, the Secretary of State, Directors General, technical directors, directors of Sport Centres, officials and employees welcomed and applauds this victory.

On Saturday, the Minister accompanied particularly by its Director General, welcomed at the diplomatic lounge of the Toussaint Louverture Airport, the players returning to the country "The Nation is proud of you," said Minister Albert to players after having transmitted the congratulations of President Michel Martelly and Prime Minister Evans Paul.

Jimmy Albert placed great emphasis on the brilliant performance and the talent of our Grenadiers. He believes that with the support of the State, with good preparation in the triple plan : physical, psychological and technical; with suitable guidance and training performed under optimal conditions, "we bet that the Grenadiers will amaze the world and will delight all Haitians from inside and outside the country," convinced that the National Selection will be able to get good results at the Copa America Centenario in June in the USA.

Addressing the new coach of the National Selection, Patrice Neveu, the Minister Albert said he appreciated the spirit in which they work, while emphasizing his experience and expertise, which weighed in the qualification achieved by the Grenadiers.
