Chief Rodne Joseph, a native of Gonaives, has served in the Navy for 17 years as a navy counselor.

As a division leading Chief Petty Officer, he leads 30 Sailors across five recruiting stations in putting the highest quality applicants into the United States Navy.

Chief Joseph was selected as the "Navy Recruiting Command Division Leading Chief Petty Officer" of the Year. He earned this honor in a national competition, making him the best "Division Leading Chief Petty Officer" in the country. "I can't take all the credit for this honor," declared Joseph, adding "I have a phenomenal team of recruiters and it has been a privilege to guide them to their full potential."

Please note tha the Navy Recruiting Command consists of 26 recruiting districts, each district is divided into Divisions.
