As part of the cooperation between the School of Magistrates (EMA) of Haiti and the prestigious National School of Magistrates (ENM) of France, Antoine Rosny Saint Louis, Government Commissioner at the Court of First Instance of Jérémie in training since August 2015 to the ENM alongside the legal auditors of the Class 2015 was sworn in this weekto be able to intern in court which will complete his training, which ends on 24 June, 2016.

Returning to his training at the ENM, Antoine Rosny Saint Louis explained "[...] The reputation of the ENM beyond the French and European borders. It is an institution that offers quality training tailored to the needs of the judiciary both national and international [...] this training has been very useful to mein all fields studied in the ENM. Teachers perfectly mastered their teachings. They are aware of their professional responsibilities and roles within the ENM. The lectures given by specialists of great intellectual rigor and scientific [...]" stressing that training in the ENM is a "difficult exercise, but in a spirit of synthesis, let's says that the ENM means excellence and an assured professional career."
