A radio station in the capital, reported that a citizen, Jules Nickenlson would have been shot dead in Desdunes (Artibonite)... infos to follow... At hôtel Résidence Royale (North) an INITE candidate would have been arrested in possession of a box full of ballots. At Gomier (Jérémie) is a senator who was caught with a pre-filled ballot box... At École Nationale de Baudin (Croix des Bouquets) the situation is tense and volatile, people are not able to vote... At Jérémie, people are finally able to vote after more than 2 hours late... Joseph Michel Martelly, presidential candidate of Repon Peyizan has voted in the office 17.
