Friday morning a dispute between two scholars Haitian students who had completed their studies, residents in Thies Polytechnic School in Senegal (70 km east of Dakar), where he expected to complete the formalities to return to Haiti, turned to drama, when during the confrontation, one of them pulled out a knife and fatally hit his comrade, before leaving the crime scene.

These are student friends who have discovered the lifeless body of Haitian victim in his blood, on his bed, a knife at his side...

A police source "the alleged murderer has always had trouble with his compatriot [...]" a letter found in the bedroom of the alleged murderer tells the disputes that opposed his compatriot for several months, police said.

As for the alleged murderer, was found hanged in the woods surrounding the Polytechnic School of Thies. Investigators do not rule out suicide, while an investigation was opened by the thiessoise police.

The Presidency of the Republic (of Senegal) sent a delegation to the scene, to inquire about the situation.
