Thursday, in order to properly implement the service of notable to the tite of "Community observers" in the upcoming elections, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) met again with the electoral observation organizations. During the working session several participants' concerns were raised including: the overload that could cause the presence of new observers in the polling stations; disorders that could cause the rotation of representatives ; the method of evaluation of Departmental Electoral Offices (BED) and Communal (BEC); the purification process of the electoral machine and electoral list.

These observations organizations also want an audit of the lists provided by the National Identification Office (ONI), is achieved.
