"The Electricity of Haiti (EDH) informs the population in general and especially its customers, that a general failure occurred on the night of July 9 to 10 due to a technical problem between the E-Power plant and the EDH network. All arrangements have been taken between the two institutions to restore power within a short time.
With the partial return of the Hydroelectric plant of Peligre in late July that will come stabilize our network, this type of incident will not happen again."
