In an open letter to Jean Beauvois Dorsonne, Minister of National Education, the National Defense Network for Human Rights (RNDDH) drew the attention of the Minister on a serious moral problem in the Haitian education system, where immoral acts and indecent are the subject of pornographic videos that are found on the internet.

"[...] Minister,

RNDDH wishes to draw your attention to the fact than in the past, it was taught the students the respect for the uniform that was a protective garment for the person wearing it. We also taught them to behave themselves and not to engage in activities that could embarrass their school, their parents, peers and teachers.

But, what formerly were not allowed outside of schools happens today in the same school grounds or worse, in the classroom. Indeed, for some time, pornographic videographies circulating on social networks. They show of Haitian students in uniform who engage in sexual acts while they are surrounded by their classmates [...] To prove the seriousness of the case, RNDDH directs you, electronically, two videos as example [...]

RNDDH considers that such acts could be posed because of the lax of supervision in some educational institutions run by people who have neither the competence nor the morality to train and educate young people.

These two videos, are only a tiny part of the problem. Youth of both sexes wearing uniforms, engage, in the street and in public transport vehicles, to sexual activities, ribald jokes [...] They also met in bars and clubs [...]"

RNDDH request to the Ministry of National Education, to intervene immediately in the school establishment to put an end to these unacceptable and immoral scenes and also recommends the to involve the police and judicial institutions in the control of bars and clubs that accept children in uniform, in hours or after school hours.
