The Civil Protection Directorate (DPC) informs that the new balance sheet (dated October 10 at noon) following the passage of Matthew on Haiti at the beginning of last week, provided by the Haitian authorities, increased from 372 to 473 victims, 75 missing, 339 injured and 175,509 persons housed in 224 temporary shelters.

The distribution is as follows :

Grand'Anse : 244 dead, 0 missing, 97 wounded

Nippes : 36 dead, 1 missing, 102 wounded

North : -

North East : -

North West : 1 dead, 0 missing, 2 wounded

West : 51 dead, 1 missing, 87 wounded

South : 130 dead, 71 missing, 22 wounded

South East : 6 dead, 0 missing, 6 wounded

Total : 473 dead, 75 missing, 339 wounded
