Haiti - Elections : An innovative judicial measures against troublemakers

Monday, Jean Danton Léger, the Government Commissioner of Port-au-Prince, which has declared war against the troublemakers who would consider disrupting the election of 20 November, unveiled among others, an innovative judicial measure "of mobile courts" in order to arrest, try, convict and jail the same day, those who dare to defy the law.

Thus, he intends to deploy 29 mobile courts fitted aboard vehicles, that will transport judges, bailiffs, lawyers and police officers to enforce the law in all its rigor, claiming to have made the request to the Minister of Justice to get this rolling stock.

Commissioner Danton advocates zero tolerance and promised the strictest intransigence regardless of individuals or personalities involved, without exception.
