Haiti - Petit-Goâve : Faculty members in mourning

Sunday, the lifeless body of teacher Cadéus Victor, who was proposed as a substitute teacher at the Lycée Faustin Soulouque in Petit Goâve, a former member of the directorate of the college Jacques Stéphen Alexis, was found on the shore of the public beach "Bon repos" of the city.

Many people, teachers, young people, political and religious figures, came to see Cadéus Victor's body. "I knew Cadéus very well. He devoted his whole life to teaching. We are dismayed. We can not explain what happened. Petit-Goâve received a great blow," indicated Professor Emmanuel Sanon.

"The death of Cadéus left a great emptiness in the educational world, it was a hard worker," said Lavertu Louis in tears, censor at Faustin Soulouque high school.

This death is indeed similar to a suicide, according to some information, Cadeus Victor faced serious family and financial problems.
