Haiti - FLASH : Arrest in DR of #2 of Clifford Brandt's gang

On Saturday, following a request by the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ), as part of a special mission, the Dominican Police accompanied by agents of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) conducted an operation in which it arrested two Haitian nationals suspected of kidnapping in Haiti, which were the subject of a warrant notice.

During this operation a certain Edner Comé, former policeman also known as Jackson Travelino, number 2, alleged of gang led by Clifford H. Brandt was arrested after several years of cavalry. He had sought refuge in the Dominican Republic, most likely after Clifford Brandt's arrest and was wanted since 2012.

A second individual was also arrested, it could be [under reserve] of Gérald François, a member of the Gang Galil involved in at least 17 kidnappings.

These two criminals should be transferred soon to Haiti to appear before the justice system of their country.
