We have chosen to develop wealth across regions and rural areas. This strategy aims to combat migration. This creation of wealth requires the implementation of school, health and environmental infrastructures in rural areas. The budget also aims to foster academic development and the enhancement of Haitian cultural heritage.

This budget chooses to take a look at the supervision of young people through job creation poles so that the country leaves the welfare state it is necessary to reorganize and to strengthen all the structures of collection of the taxes and other rights.

Increasing wealth in rural areas must necessarily go through agriculture. This element is a booster for a better distribution of wealth in the country.
