Erick Prospère, the presumed leader of the "Gang of brothers Prospère", actively sought for several months by the National Police of Haiti (PNH), who had managed several times to escape his arrest, was finally arrested in Nassau in the Bahamas, according to the Chief of the Bahamian Police.

It should be remembered that the "Gang of brothers Prospère", which controlled Saint Louis du Nord, had forced several businesses to close their doors, following repeated ransoms and dozens of families had left the city to escape reprisals...

This gang was specialized in assassinations, robberies, kidnappings, fires, etc... 11 of its members have already been arrested by the PNH during several police operations and are behind bars in the National Penitentiary.

Some members of this Gang are still at large and are still being hunted by the PNH, who wants to put them all under locko restore peace and security in all the communal sections of Saint-Louis du Nord.
