Jean David Rodney, Director General of the National Council for Telecommunications (CONATEL), as part of his mission to assist activities and projects related to the development and the good functioning of the State, received his counterpart from the Ministry of Justice, Jean Claudy Pierre.

This working session provided an opportunity for the Director General of the Ministry to follow up the correspondence of CONATEL on the issue of Hertzian insecurity. An exaggerated offense of piracy of radio frequencies which requires a joint effort between the two institutions to remedy it. They did not fail to mention the various adverse consequences of such actions in the aeronautical navigation landscape and the serious penalties that the country as a whole could suffer in the event of a deterioration in the security of its airport infrastructures.

On the other hand, the design and the joint elaboration of an E-justice project will be based on the implementation opportunities already available to the Ministry on the one hand, technological and infrastructural support of CONATEL, on the other. This project will strengthen the efforts of the Ministry of Justice to make the judiciary more efficient.
