The Ministry of Communication informs that on the occasion of the Day of the Dead and All Saints, administrative offices, schools, commerce and industry will no work on Wednesday 1st and Thursday, November 2nd, 2017, throughout the national territory.

On behalf of the Government, the Ministry of Communication urges the population to exercise caution while respecting the principles of public security.
