Haiti - Politic : Important Draft Legislation Governing the CSA/CA

This Monday at the Marriott Hotel will be held an exchange workshop on the draft law governing the operation of the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Litigation (CSC/CA).

In order to meet its vocation to control the revenues and expenditures of the State and to better distribute the administrative justice, in accordance with the reform initiated for the period 2016-2024, the CSC/CA organizes a workshop of exchanges on the draft law governing its operation, intended to give more force to its action, change its mode of operation and also change the perception that we have of the role of the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Litigation.

Institutions that should participate in this workshop :

The Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC);

The Federation of Bars of Haiti;

The Central Financial Intelligence Unit (UCREF);

The National Commission of Public Procurement (CNMP);

The Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH);

The Council of the State University of Haiti;

The Office of Citizen Protection (OPC);

The Court of Cassation ;

Organized Civil Society;

The Office of the National Authorizing Officer;

Ministries of Economy and Finance, Planning and External Cooperation;

The National Federation of Mayors of Haiti and other institutions of the country.
