Promise of Moïse

As part of the Caravane du Change, President Jovenel Moïse promised a road junction at carrefour Jof to the city of Port-de-Paix.

New border police

During his visit to Morne-Casse (North-East) Michel-Ange Gédéon, the Director General of the National Police of Haiti, said that 100 agents of the new border police unit, will be deployed before the end of this year in Ouanaminthe, adding that by March 2018, this new unit will have 600 police officers equipped with all the equipment and technological tools necessary to carry out their work of surveillance of the border zone.

The 50th most prolific of all legislature

According to the Head of State the 50th legislature is the most prolific that Haiti has ever known recalling that "40 laws were passed and promulgated in 7 months" underlining that none of the 49 previous legislatures has obtained such result during their 4 years mandate.
