Tuesday morning at the Ministry of Culture was held the presentation of the members of the Organizing Committee of the National Carnival to be held on February 11, 12 and 13, 2018.

The dates and nominations of the 11 members of the Committee have been approved by the Council of Ministers and have been the subject of a decree published in the official journal "Le Moniteur".

List of members of the Organizing Committee :

President: Claudel Dumas;

Vice President, Finance Manager: Jean Michel Lapin;

Secretary General: Andy Durosier;

Representative of the Presidency: Nancy Carraha;

Responsible for musical entertainment: Fred Lizaire;

Co-responsible for musical entertainment: Albert Chancy;

Responsible for the communication: Mrs Émilie Prophète;

Artistic Director: Maëlle David;

Co-artistic director: Yves Penel;

2nd Co-artistic director: Erol Josué;

Members: Dithny Joan Raton and Alexandra Oriol.

Regarding the venue of the National Carnival 2018, nothing is mentioned in the decree.

In parallel with the idea of planning the 4 Sundays precanavalesque 2018, the Mayor of Port-au-Prince yesterday met the following DJs at the Marriott : Bertin, Bmix, Bullet, CashVash, Fanfan, Jack, NGMix, Sound design, Steezy, TonyMix and Valmix.
