The Deputy said that out of 41 applications, 21 meeting all the eligibility criteria were retained after an impartial analysis adding that it is up to the President and Vice-President of the National Assembly to decide the date of convening of parliamentarians in the National Assembly, to choose the 3 representatives to the Permanent Electoral Council
