Haiti - Diplomacy : New Ambassador of Spain in Haiti 04/03/2011 14:32:47
The Spanish Government has today appointed the diplomat Manuel Hernández Ruigómez, former Consul General in Santo Domingo [Dominican Republic] since 2005, as Ambassador in Haiti. The new Ambassador replaces Juan Fernández Trigo, appointed Ambassador to Paraguay. HL/ HaitiLibre
