The Haitian airline Sunrise Airways and Inselair, based in Haiti, will begin cooperation on their mutual routes. Sunrise Airways, a growing airline https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-24704-haiti-flash-sunrise-airways-a-haitian-success-story.html which operates flights from Port au Prince in Haiti to Curaçao, Cuba (Havana, Santiago de Cuba and Camaguey) and Santo Domingo. These flights are operated on Airbus A320 with economical cabins and business class. In addition, Sunrise operates domestic flights between Port-au-Prince and Cap-Haïtien.

The cooperation will be implemented in two phases. During the first phase, starting today, the two airlines will also sell tickets on flights from the other airline. The second phase, in about two months, will begin when airline reservation systems are merged. From this point on, passengers will only need one ticket to travel to the destinations served by these two airlines. Tickets for Sunrise destinations can be purchased at InselAir ticket offices.
