Towards an increase in customs tariffs

Jude Alix Patrick Salomon, Minister of Economy and Finance, in a document titled "Customs Policy: Encouraging Domestic Production", presents new strategies to encourage local investors to produce in Haiti. According to this document tariff increases will be applied to several imported products, some of which are available in the country and others that can be manufactured in Haiti.

Registration for State exams, stricter for schools
