3 Haitian trainees at the BON office

The Office of the National Authorizing Officer (BON) hosts for two days, 3 trainees from the Public Administration coming from the National School of Administration (ENA), the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH) and of the Primature. They were warmly welcomed by the Coordinator Edouard Excellent and the Technical Advisers who presented them the European Union - Haiti Cooperation, through a presentation of the National Indicative Program of the 10th and 11th EDF (European Development Fund).
